ABOUT OUR AGENCY:
I opened my agency in January 2021 and currently lead a team of four. Before becoming an agent, I worked in the financial industry as an Assistant Manager. That experience helped develop my passion for helping people, building relationships, and guiding others toward achieving their goals.
Giving back to the community is a major priority for our agency. We support local elementary school food programs, youth sports teams, recreational leagues, the local food bank, the local car museum, and various community organizations. We believe in investing in the community that has supported us throughout the years.

- Develop and maintain customer relationships to drive retention and growth.
- Conduct policy reviews and provide recommendations to customers.
- Oversee the resolution of complex customer issues.
- Use your knowledge of our insurance products to recommend, explain and sell policies to both cold and warm leads.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Experience in insurance sales or account management preferred.
- Leadership and interpersonal skills.
- Proven track record of meeting sales targets.
- Willingness to engage in sales conversations.
Compensation: $65,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
